Zuber Lawler has once again earned a top-5 spot in Law360’s 2025 Diversity Snapshot, ranking among the leading U.S. law firms for partner and associate diversity within firms of 100 or fewer attorneys. This marks the firm’s fifth consecutive year achieving a top-5 diversity ranking in its size category.
Diversity is integral to Zuber Lawler’s identity, strengthening the firm’s ability to deliver nuanced, high-quality counsel across complex and emerging industries. The firm believes that a broad range of perspectives enhances problem-solving, drives better outcomes for clients, and enriches its internal culture.
“We are pleased that Zuber Lawler was ranked in the top-5 in the Diversity Snapshot Survey of law firms of less than 100 attorneys for the fifth year in a row,” stated Eileen Letts, the Chicago-based Chief Administrative Partner of the firm. “Our firm takes pride in its diverse workforce. We understand that diverse perspectives help us to make better decisions and to do better work.”
Ms. Letts sits on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). Ms. Letts also co-authored the acclaimed book “Left Out and Left Behind,” organized by the Long-Term Careers for Women in Law Initiative and published by the American Bar Association.”
