Mr. Kniser focuses on patent litigation and other intellectual property litigation. He possesses experience with a broad range of technology, including technology as it relates to computer security, software, medical devices, and mechanical products. Mr. Kniser has litigated in federal courts across the country, including in Delaware and the Eastern District of Texas. He often represents foreign technology companies in the context of their high-stakes litigation here in the U.S.

Mr. Kniser also possesses extensive experience with white collar criminal litigation. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, where he coordinated Naval Criminal Investigative Service and FBI investigations, successfully tried cases to verdict as lead prosecutor, and defended against federal appeals of criminal convictions. Prior to that, he served as a lead prosecutor in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps.
