Tom Zuber, recognized nationwide by both Chambers USA and Legal 500, facilitates collaboration among his colleagues and assists them with growing client relationships. Mr. Zuber also manages deals and intellectual property matters around the world. With his brother Jeff Zuber, Mr. Zuber founded Zuber & Zuber, now Zuber Lawler, in 2003 as a 3rd‐year associate with no clients. As Managing Partner, Mr. Zuber has managed Zuber Lawler’s growth from 2 attorneys working out of a Los Angeles domestic kitchen to a top law firm with over 50 attorneys representing clients throughout the world from offices in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Phoenix, and Silicon Valley.

Mr. Zuber personally manages relationships with more than 10 of the firm’s Fortune 1000 clients, as well as funds and government entities.

Mr. Zuber is a passionate futurist. In addition to his work relating to iconic companies within traditional industries, he is a leading voice within a variety of emerging industries and technologies. Mr. Zuber often works with companies in relation to Web3, esports, quantum computing, cleantech, legalized cannabis, and legalized psychedelics. Mr. Zuber is a founder of the leading international cannabis consultancy Global Go, the print magazine Global Cannabis Times, the print magazine Psychedelia, the online metaverse magazine Virtual Times, and the online quantum computing magazine Dead Cat Live Cat. He sits on the Board of the Psychedelic Medicine Coalition, and on the Advisory Board of the Council for Federal Cannabis Regulation. He has been named one of High Times “100 Most Influential People in the Cannabis Industry.”

Prior to founding Zuber Lawler, Mr. Zuber practiced in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the New York office of White & Case LLP, and then in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
