Yin Huang focuses on intellectual property and regulatory litigation.  He also handles IPR matters, and manages global patent and trademark portfolios. In matters involving Chinese interests, he often draws upon his fluency in Mandarin.

Mr. Huang’s experience includes the conduct of cases involving electronics, medical devices and chemicals.  His experience includes the evaluation of large IP portfolios.

While earning his B.S. degree in Chemistry, Mr. Huang served as a teaching assistant in the Computer Science Department at Stanford University.

Mr. Huang is a member of the U.S. Patent Bar.
