Zuber Lawler assisted Houston-based investment bank and crypto expert Entoro Capital, which has partnered with private equity firm Valhil Capital to create an NFT that has been sold as a security. Valhil Capital underwrote the sale and Entoro Capital acted as a broker-dealer. Entoro raffled off nine of the ten minted NFTs based on a painting created live on October 8th at the Texas Blockchain Summit (Austin, TX) by Cuban-American artist Rolando Diaz. Purchasers of the minted NFTs will be subject to a lockup period of one year. After the first year, they will be able to sell them on the secondary market.
